Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Giuseppe Zigaina achieved an unexpectedly high price at Koller in June 2016. In the PostWar & Contemporary auction, the work Vers la lagune. 1982-85. sold for CHF 11,875.00 (€ 10,992.34) - well above the upper estimate of CHF 4,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Giuseppe Zigaina; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Senza titolo sold at auction in November 2000 with the realized price of ITL 12,337,500.00 (€ 11,352.66).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giuseppe Zigaina erzielte im Juni 2016 bei Koller einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion PostWar & Contemporary wurde die Arbeit Vers la lagune. 1982-85. für CHF 11.875,00 (€ 10.992,34) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von CHF 4.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Giuseppe Zigaina; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Senza titolo im November 2000 mit dem Hammerpreis von ITL 12.337.500,00 (€ 11.352,66).
