Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Esmeralda e la capra Djali by Giuseppe Palizzi was sold in the 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures auction at Il Ponte in December last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Palizzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Al Pascolo in June 2007 with an auction result of EUR 36,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Esmeralda e la capra Djali von Giuseppe Palizzi wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres in der Auktion 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures bei Il Ponte versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.800,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Palizzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Al Pascolo im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 36.000,00.
