A top price for Giuseppe Palizzi - as previously expected
In June 2007 Sothebys in Milan held the auction 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture, which included the work Al Pascolo by Giuseppe Palizzi. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 35,000.00 – 45,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 36,000.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Al Pascolo is the most expensive artwork by Giuseppe Palizzi that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Juni 2007 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit Al Pascolo von Giuseppe Palizzi zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 35.000,00 – 45.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 36.000,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Al Pascolo das teuerste Kunstwerk von Giuseppe Palizzi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
