A top price for Giuseppe Maraniello - as previously expected
The work Non by Giuseppe Maraniello was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in Milan in November 2008. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 6,250.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Non is the most expensive artwork by Giuseppe Maraniello that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Non von Giuseppe Maraniello wurde im November 2008 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 6.250,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Non das teuerste Kunstwerk von Giuseppe Maraniello, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
