Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Ritorno dal mercato by Giuseppe Laezza was sold in the ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO auction at Christies in Rome in June 2004. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 4,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 4,712.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Giuseppe Laezza - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Fisherfolk At The Bay of Naples, which sold at auction in March 2006 for GBP 10,200.00 (€ 14,614.76).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Ritorno dal mercato von Giuseppe Laezza wurde im Juni 2004 in der Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO bei Christies in Rom versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 4.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 4.712,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Laezza mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Fisherfolk At The Bay of Naples beobachtet, die im März 2006 für GBP 10.200,00 (€ 14.614,76) versteigert wurde.
