This artwork by Giuseppe Bartolomeo Chiari achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in June 2017. In the Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work Musica pulita sold for EUR 1,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Bartolomeo Chiari achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bathsheba at the Bath; and The Angel Appearing to Hagar in the Wilderness in January this year with an auction result of USD 378,000.00 (€ 348,130.41).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Giuseppe Bartolomeo Chiari erzielte im Juni 2017 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Musica pulita für EUR 1.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Bartolomeo Chiari erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bathsheba at the Bath; and The Angel Appearing to Hagar in the Wilderness im Januar diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 378.000,00 (€ 348.130,41).
