Admittedly, works by Giuseppe Casciaro have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Il mare di castro in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 7,200.00 (€ 10,692.23).

Die Arbeit Veduta dalla terrazza von Giuseppe Casciaro kam im November 2016 bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Giuseppe Casciaro auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Il mare di castro im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.200,00 (€ 10.692,23).
