In November 2016 Il Ponte held the auction 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures, which included the work Paesaggio con casolare by Giuseppe Casciaro. The result of EUR 300.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Casciaro achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Il mare di castro in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 7,200.00 (€ 10,692.23).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November 2016 führte Il Ponte die Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paesaggio con casolare von Giuseppe Casciaro zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 300,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 300,00 – 400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Casciaro erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Il mare di castro im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.200,00 (€ 10.692,23).
