In March this year Il Ponte held the auction Furniture and Old Master Paintings, which included the work Madonna with Child, Saint Anne, Saint Liborio and angels by Giuseppe Bottani. The result of EUR 3,500.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 3,500.00 – 3,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Bottani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Incredulity Of Saint Thomas in January 2012 with an auction result of USD 46,875.00 (€ 35,911.28).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im März diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Furniture and Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Madonna with Child, Saint Anne, Saint Liborio and angels von Giuseppe Bottani zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 3.500,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.500,00 – 3.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Bottani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Incredulity Of Saint Thomas im Januar 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 46.875,00 (€ 35.911,28).
