Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Two horsemen by Giulio Rosati was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2020. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 9,767.95). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giulio Rosati achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Picking the Favorite in May 2001 with an auction result of USD 512,000.00 (€ 605,558.84).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Two horsemen von Giulio Rosati kam im November 2020 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 8.750,00 (€ 9.767,95) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giulio Rosati erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Picking the Favorite im Mai 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 512.000,00 (€ 605.558,84).
