Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Collector, Dealer, Connoisseur: The Vision of Richard L. Feigen, which included the work The Holy Family in a landscape by Girolamo Mazzola Bedoli. The price achieved of USD 69,300.00 (€ 59,989.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Girolamo Mazzola Bedoli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of A Lady, Bust Length, In A Black Gown And Linen Partlet in January 2016 with an auction result of USD 274,000.00 (€ 252,954.21).

Im Oktober 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Collector, Dealer, Connoisseur: The Vision of Richard L. Feigen durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Holy Family in a landscape von Girolamo Mazzola Bedoli zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 69.300,00 (€ 59.989,61) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Girolamo Mazzola Bedoli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait Of A Lady, Bust Length, In A Black Gown And Linen Partlet im Januar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 274.000,00 (€ 252.954,21).
