In the Art, Collections, Wonderful Passions | The Giorgio Soavi Collection auction, the work Coccodrillo con uova changed hands for EUR 800.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Girolamo Ciulla - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Donna con tre coccodrilli sulla testa, which sold at auction in October 2010 for EUR 2,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Girolamo Ciulla konnte im Oktober 2010 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Art, Collections, Wonderful Passions | The Giorgio Soavi Collection wechselte die Arbeit Coccodrillo con uova für EUR 800,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.200,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Girolamo Ciulla mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Donna con tre coccodrilli sulla testa beobachtet, die im Oktober 2010 für EUR 2.600,00 versteigert wurde.
