Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master Drawings, which included the work A Bacchanale With Nymphs, Satyrs And Putti by Giovanni Domenico Ferretti. The price achieved of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,455.69) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Domenico Ferretti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Christ Driving The Money Lenders From The Temple in January 2016 with an auction result of USD 162,500.00 (€ 150,018.46).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 4.455,69) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden.
