Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 875.00 (€ 1,034.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 700.00 – 1,000.00. Admittedly, works by Giovanni Battista Scultori have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Resurrection in December 2019 with an auction result of GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,602.80).
