Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work A Monk Giving Alms To A Group Of Beggars, A Church Being Built In The Background by Giovanni Battista Paggi for USD 6,600.00 (€ 5,077.70). This price was achieved in the auction Old Master Drawings at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 7,000.00 – 9,000.00 set by the auction house. Im Januar 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Monk Giving Alms To A Group Of Beggars, A Church Being Built In The Background von Giovanni Battista Paggi für USD 6.600,00 (€ 5.077,70) erwerben.
