Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Kitchenmaid Preparing Carrots by Giovanni Antonio Sogliani was sold in the Important Old Master Paintings and European Works of Art auction at Sothebys in New York in January 2007. The price achieved of USD 228,000.00 (€ 175,411.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 200,000.00 – 300,000.00. Admittedly, works by Giovanni Antonio Sogliani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work An Angel Facing Right In A Niche; And An Angel Facing Left In A Niche in December 2013 with an auction result of GBP 614,500.00 (€ 739,148.20).

Die Arbeit A Kitchenmaid Preparing Carrots von Giovanni Antonio Sogliani wurde im Januar 2007 in der Auktion Important Old Master Paintings and European Works of Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert.
