Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Giovanni Anselmo achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Milan in May 2016. In the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction, the work Senza Titolo sold for EUR 32,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Anselmo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Torsione in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 6,437,000.00 (€ 5,855,011.82).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giovanni Anselmo erzielte im Mai 2016 bei Sothebys in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Senza Titolo für EUR 32.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Anselmo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Torsione im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.437.000,00 (€ 5.855.011,82).
