A top price for Gino Rossi - as previously expected
In December 2002 Christies in Rome held the auction ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA, which included the work Porto bretone by Gino Rossi. It changed hands for a price of EUR 93,000.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 70,000.00 – 100,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Porto bretone is the most expensive artwork by Gino Rossi that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember 2002 führte Christies in Rom die Auktion ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA durch, in der auch die Arbeit Porto bretone von Gino Rossi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 93.000,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 70.000,00 – 100.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Porto bretone das teuerste Kunstwerk von Gino Rossi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
