Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Burano by Gino Rossi was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in November 2010. The price achieved of EUR 34,350.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gino Rossi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Porto bretone, which sold at auction in December 2002 for EUR 93,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Burano von Gino Rossi kam im November 2010 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 34.350,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Gino Rossi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Porto bretone beobachtet, die im Dezember 2002 für EUR 93.000,00 versteigert wurde.
