Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2006 Christies in New York held the auction The House Sale, which included the work Testimone by Gianni Dessi. Here, the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 7,800.00 (€ 6,106.63). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gianni Dessi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Senza Titolo, which sold at auction in April 2008 for EUR 24,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2006 führte Christies in New York die Auktion The House Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Testimone von Gianni Dessi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 7.800,00 (€ 6.106,63) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Gianni Dessi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Senza Titolo beobachtet, die im April 2008 für EUR 24.250,00 versteigert wurde.
