A top price for Gianluca Piaccione - as previously expected
The work Concatenation by Gianluca Piaccione was auctioned at Christies in Paris in June 2016. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 8,000.00 – 1,200,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 17,500.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Concatenation is the most expensive artwork by Gianluca Piaccione that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Concatenation von Gianluca Piaccione kam im Juni 2016 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 1.200.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 17.500,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
