However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gianfilippo Usellini - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ponza, which sold at auction in May 2001 for ITL 18,375,000.00 (€ 17,386.16).

Die Arbeit Senza titolo (le tentazioni) von Gianfilippo Usellini kam im Juni 2019 bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 7.500,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Gianfilippo Usellini mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ponza beobachtet, die im Mai 2001 für ITL 18.375.000,00 (€ 17.386,16) versteigert wurde.
