The auction ended at the price of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 24,321.86), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Gheorghe Petrascu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2019 the work Still Life With Roses And Books was auctioned for GBP 35,000.00 (€ 41,098.56).
