Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Gerard Fieret achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in October 2015. In the Photography Collection of Amedeo M. Turello auction, the work Untitled II - Vers 1960 sold for EUR 6,760.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Gerard Fieret; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in April 2017 with the realized price of USD 8,125.00 (€ 7,457.55).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Gerard Fieret erzielte im Oktober 2015 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Photography Collection of Amedeo M. Turello wurde die Arbeit Untitled II - Vers 1960 für EUR 6.760,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Gerard Fieret; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im April 2017 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 8.125,00 (€ 7.457,55).
