The price achieved of GBP 16,450.00 (€ 26,177.13) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Tulips, camellias and narcissi; and Tulips, viburnam and a peony is the most expensive artwork by Gerald Cooper that we have observed at auctions so far.
