When the work L'Arbre De Vie - 1980 by Georges Charpentier was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in March 2021, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The upper estimate was set at - in retrospect quite modest - EUR 1,200.00 but the actual price achieved was more than four times as high at EUR 5,200.00. This high result makes L'Arbre De Vie - 1980 the most expensive artwork by Georges Charpentier that we have observed at auctions so far.

Als die Arbeit L'Arbre De Vie - 1980 von Georges Charpentier im März 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert wurde, übertraf das Ergebnis die Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches.
