Auction result well in line with expectations
In March last year Christies in London held the auction Dramas of Light and Land: The Martyn Gregory Collection of British Art, which included the work Scene on the Isle of Skye with hunters and dogs by George Fennel Robson. The price achieved of GBP 12,600.00 (€ 14,938.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by George Fennel Robson have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March last year the work The pass of Glencoe, Scotland was auctioned for GBP 17,640.00 (€ 20,914.21).

Im März letzten Jahres führte Christies in London die Auktion Dramas of Light and Land: The Martyn Gregory Collection of British Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Scene on the Isle of Skye with hunters and dogs von George Fennel Robson zur Versteigerung kam.
