In the The Robert Devereux Collection of Post-War British Art in aid of the African Arts Trust, Sale 3 auction, the work Landscape Study And Grenadine Red, No. 2 sold for GBP 1,125.00 (€ 1,344.37) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 600.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by George Dannatt - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 'Slate' With Interlocked Circles; 'Slate' With White Intrusion, which sold at auction in March 2019 for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,062.34).
