twelve engravings, 1664, with hand-coloring, on laid papers, published by Paulus Fürst, Nuremberg, all with margins, all with pale light- staining and minor creasing, stray printing ink mostly along the plate edges on several plates, Plate 59 and 61 with areas of pale staining throughout, otherwise all apparently in good condition, in faux-gilt frames and French mats with wash lines, not examined out of the frames

Admittedly, works by Georg Andreas Böckler have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work [Architecturae Curiosae Novae Pars Tertia Fountains: Eight Plates|AID928624] in February 2002 with an auction result of USD 4,935.00 (€ 5,699.93).
