Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Street Festival by Inokuma Genichiro was auctioned at Christies in New York in July 2007. The price achieved of USD 2,040.00 (€ 1,487.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Inokuma Genichiro achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work City Planning (Orange No. 2) in October 2020 with an auction result of HKD 756,000.00 (€ 83,733.15).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Street Festival von Inokuma Genichiro kam im Juli 2007 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 2.040,00 (€ 1.487,86) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Inokuma Genichiro erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit City Planning (Orange No. 2) im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 756.000,00 (€ 83.733,15).
