In the THE HOUSE SALE auction, the work Morning Break sold for USD 5,377.50 (€ 5,489.49) - well above the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Gayle Porter Hoskins have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Battle of Little Bighorn in January last year with an auction result of USD 30,000.00 (€ 26,757.05).
