The price achieved of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,648.71) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gaspar Lopez achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Outdoor Still Life With Flowers On A Fountain And On A Ledge; An Outdoor Still Life With Flowers In A Vase On A Ledge, A Straw Hat Filled With Fruit On The Floor in July 2013 with an auction result of GBP 74,500.00 (€ 85,129.24).
