Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Galam Zulkifli was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2019. The price achieved of HKD 23,750.00 (€ 2,703.44) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Galam Zulkifli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Communination Vs Communication (Seri Face Biografi) in October 2008 with an auction result of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 33,058.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Galam Zulkifli kam im April 2019 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 23.750,00 (€ 2.703,44) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Galam Zulkifli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Communination Vs Communication (Seri Face Biografi) im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 33.058,67).
