Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Porto Rotterdam 1987 by Gabriele Basilico for EUR 1,200.00. This price was achieved in the auction Photographs at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,400.00 – 1,800.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gabriele Basilico achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Contact in October 2010 with an auction result of GBP 91,250.00 (€ 105,212.68).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Porto Rotterdam 1987 von Gabriele Basilico für EUR 1.200,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Photographs bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.400,00 – 1.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gabriele Basilico erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Contact im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 91.250,00 (€ 105.212,68).
