Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pointman FL-002 by Futura 2000 was sold in the What Now?: Online Auction auction at Phillips in an online auction in February this year. The price achieved of HKD 100,800.00 (€ 12,112.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Futura 2000 achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in November last year with an auction result of USD 302,400.00 (€ 292,938.10).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pointman FL-002 von Futura 2000 wurde im Februar diesen Jahres in der Auktion What Now?: Online Auction bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 100.800,00 (€ 12.112,73) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Futura 2000 erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 302.400,00 (€ 292.938,10).
