It achieved a price of HKD 114,000.00 (€ 10,855.13), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 52%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fuco Ueda - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Secret Honey I & II; Garden of Idea, which sold at auction in November 2007 for HKD 319,500.00 (€ 27,930.15).

Die Arbeit A Fine Day I & II von Fuco Ueda wurde im Mai 2007 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 114.000,00 (€ 10.855,13) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 52%. Für andere Arbeiten von Fuco Ueda mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Secret Honey I & II; Garden of Idea beobachtet, die im November 2007 für HKD 319.500,00 (€ 27.930,15) versteigert wurde.
