The work „Rosa im Rot“. by Fritz Köthe was auctioned at Grisebach in October 2021. The auction ended at the price of EUR 1,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 800.00 – 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fritz Köthe achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „Umleitung“. in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 27,500.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit „Rosa im Rot“. von Fritz Köthe kam im Oktober 2021 bei Grisebach zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 800,00 – 1.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fritz Köthe erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „Umleitung“. im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.500,00.
