Auction result well in line with expectations
The work I’m Still Here by Friedrich Kunath was sold in the INTERSECT: Online Auction auction at Phillips in an online auction in September last year. The price achieved of HKD 126,000.00 (€ 16,395.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by Friedrich Kunath have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work My Fault Your Fault in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 118,750.00 (€ 108,013.46).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit I’m Still Here von Friedrich Kunath wurde im September letzten Jahres in der Auktion INTERSECT: Online Auction bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 126.000,00 (€ 16.395,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Friedrich Kunath auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit My Fault Your Fault im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 118.750,00 (€ 108.013,46).
