Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dutch two Strings To His Bow And The Fête At St. Cloud: Two Works by Frederik Hendrik Kaemmerer was sold in the 19th Century European Art including an Important Collection of Sculpture auction at Sothebys in New York in May 2011. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 43,750.00 (€ 30,432.67) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frederik Hendrik Kaemmerer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dutch beach At Scheveningen, Holland in November 2013 with an auction result of USD 665,000.00 (€ 488,754.96).

Die Arbeit Dutch two Strings To His Bow And The Fête At St. Cloud: Two Works von Frederik Hendrik Kaemmerer wurde im Mai 2011 in der Auktion 19th Century European Art including an Important Collection of Sculpture bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 43.750,00 (€ 30.432,67) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
