The price achieved of USD 665,000.00 (€ 488,754.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 600,000.00 – 800,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Dutch beach At Scheveningen, Holland is the most expensive artwork by Frederik Hendrik Kaemmerer that we have observed at auctions so far.
