A top price for Fred Dalkey - as previously expected
The work Driving Down 4th Avenue by Fred Dalkey was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in August this year. It changed hands for a price of USD 2,816.00 (€ 2,598.03) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Driving Down 4th Avenue is the most expensive artwork by Fred Dalkey that we have observed at auctions so far.
