In the Old Master and 19th Century Paintings and Drawings, Sculptures auction, the work Navires De Pêche Sur Un Littoral Animé De Personnages sold for EUR 3,900.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Frans Swagers - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Barges On The River, Holland, which sold at auction in December 2006 for GBP 9,000.00 (€ 13,357.13).

Für andere Arbeiten von Frans Swagers mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Barges On The River, Holland beobachtet, die im Dezember 2006 für GBP 9.000,00 (€ 13.357,13) versteigert wurde.
