Auction result misses estimated price range
In October this year a collector was able to acquire the work Study of a young women in full figure by Frans Schwartz for DKK 4,400.00 (€ 589.55). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Frans Schwartz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A study for one of the persons in the painting “De kloge og dårlige jomfruer” in July this year with an auction result of DKK 36,000.00 (€ 4,828.31).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Study of a young women in full figure von Frans Schwartz für DKK 4.400,00 (€ 589,55) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Frans Schwartz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A study for one of the persons in the painting “De kloge og dårlige jomfruer” im Juli diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 36.000,00 (€ 4.828,31).
