Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2012 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Nineteen to Now, incl. Topographical Observations, which included the work A still life with flowers in a vase by Frans David Oerder. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 6,250.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Frans David Oerder - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A still life with pink flowers, which sold at auction in September 2010 for EUR 20,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2012 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Nineteen to Now, incl. Topographical Observations durch, in der auch die Arbeit A still life with flowers in a vase von Frans David Oerder zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 6.250,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Frans David Oerder mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A still life with pink flowers beobachtet, die im September 2010 für EUR 20.000,00 versteigert wurde.
