Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of EUR 8,680.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frans Floris the Elder achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Holy Family With Saint John The Baptist in July 2001 with an auction result of GBP 69,750.00 (€ 113,582.84).
