However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Frank Watson Wood - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Surrender of the German Fleet, Scapa, Dec 1918, which sold at auction in May 2019 for GBP 12,562.00 (€ 14,219.43).
