A top price for Frank Spenlove Spenlove - as previously expected
In October 2002 Christies in London held the auction British and Continental Watercolours and Drawings, which included the work Bosham, Sussex by Frank Spenlove Spenlove. The price achieved of GBP 587.50 (€ 929.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 800.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Bosham, Sussex is the most expensive artwork by Frank Spenlove Spenlove that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Oktober 2002 führte Christies in London die Auktion British and Continental Watercolours and Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bosham, Sussex von Frank Spenlove Spenlove zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 587,50 (€ 929,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 500,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Bosham, Sussex das teuerste Kunstwerk von Frank Spenlove Spenlove, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
