Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Frank Myers Boggs could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in July 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the American Art Online auction, the work La Seine Et Les Quais Du Louvre changed hands for USD 5,625.00 (€ 5,053.91) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Frank Myers Boggs have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Vue de la Seine, Paris in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 51,250.00 (€ 35,649.69).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Frank Myers Boggs konnte im Juli 2019 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion American Art Online wechselte die Arbeit La Seine Et Les Quais Du Louvre für USD 5.625,00 (€ 5.053,91) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00.
