Auction result misses estimated price range
In February this year a collector was able to acquire the work Near the Village by Frank Harmon Myers for USD 446.25 (€ 420.91). This price was achieved in the auction Coast to Coast | Live OnlineAmerican Art, including The Collection of Gail Feingarten Oppenheimer at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of USD 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frank Harmon Myers achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Woodchopper in October 2020 with an auction result of USD 6,325.00 (€ 5,430.58).
