The work Cowboy conversation 16 x 20 in. framed 21 1/2 x 26 in. by Frank B. Hoffman was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in November last year. It achieved a price of USD 8,287.50 (€ 8,028.19), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 38%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Frank B. Hoffman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cattle Drive West, which sold at auction in March 2015 for USD 25,000.00 (€ 23,275.30).

Die Arbeit Cowboy conversation 16 x 20 in. framed 21 1/2 x 26 in. von Frank B. Hoffman kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 8.287,50 (€ 8.028,19) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Für andere Arbeiten von Frank B. Hoffman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Cattle Drive West beobachtet, die im März 2015 für USD 25.000,00 (€ 23.275,30) versteigert wurde.
